It is prepared following the inspiration and traditional process of the Indian Bilona method — the time-honoured journey from milk to curd, curd to butter, and butter to ghee, creating its distinctive taste, aroma and rich experience. With every batch, our endeavour is not simply to make ghee, but to create a premium experience rooted in purity and tradition.
